• If you have health insurance provided by a carrier not listed above, please call our office with your insurance information – as we may have updates to contracted health plans that are not reflected here.

If Holistic Mental Health is not in-network with your insurance company, we can provide superbills and receipts for services rendered and are happy to help advocate for single case agreements and/or geographical exceptions when possible.
